Healthgrades, a leading platform for patients searching for doctors and hospitals, entered into a reseller partnership with Medchat·ai, an AI-powered healthcare platform focused on patient communication and workflow automation.
Medchat·ai’s autonomous AI workforce automates both simple and complex tasks traditionally handled by staff, enabling customers across healthcare sectors to reduce labor costs, accelerate revenue recognition, and improve both staff efficiency and patient experience.
Medchat·ai collaborates with leading healthcare systems and physician groups, including Tryon Medical Partners, Banner Health, and Fortune 500 companies.

Healthgrades successfully implemented Medchat·ai on its own website, reducing appointment request wait times and validating its impact on the consumer experience. This success, combined with a shared commitment to improving patient experiences, created strong confidence in bringing the solution to market for Healthgrades clients and prospects.
As part of the reseller agreement, Medchat·ai retained responsibility for life sciences and public health segments, while Healthgrades focused exclusively on selling into health systems.
Objective
I partnered closely with Sales, Strategic Development, Operations, agency partners, and the Medchat·ai team to develop and execute the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for our exclusive reseller offering within the health system segment.
My role focused on translating a complex AI solution into clear, differentiated messaging that would resonate with enterprise healthcare buyers and support revenue growth.
As with most healthtech and AI offerings, there was a need to distill product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions and positioning across campaigns, content, and enterprise sales enablement tools. The GTM team also needed to integrate Healthgrades’ brand with Medchat·ai’s to present a credible solution in-market.

The initial launch supported the overarching value proposition for Medchat·ai. My team provided a press release, website landing pages, pitch decks, a case study, email templates for Sales, an email marketing campaign, social media support, and more.
Over the year that followed, we defined priority audience segments: CTO and IT leaders, call center managers, and specialty pharmacy operators. The team created thought leadership blog content, videos, and sales messaging to better resonate with these personas. We ran paid media campaigns and hosted a webinar with an industry thought leader, Advisory Board, in support of Medchat·ai.
