Trelora Real Estate is a full-service discount real estate brokerage. When you work with Trelora, you get best-in-class customer service, a team of expert agents that closes hundreds of deals per year, and a proprietary technology platform that puts you in the driver’s seat.

Trelora is different from other real estate agencies because sellers pay a low flat fee to list their homes—and save $12,000 on average. Buyers pay nothing, and get up to $6,000 cash back. The cost savings is just one perk of working with the flat-fee brokerage. With an upcoming investor pitch event in mind, the Trelora leadership team requested that Brand Viva create a refreshed, five-minute “About Us” video.

My Role

As someone who previously worked at Trelora for nearly two years (from April 2014 through January 2016), I was excited to craft updated marketing messaging on behalf of the company and reconnect with the team. I worked with the Trelora’s CEO and Vice President of Operations to craft a video script that included voiceover and talking head interview components. I also provided direction on the video’s motion graphics and suggested imagery.
